Title: Project Business Coordinator
Location: Richardson, TX ( Hybrid )
Duration: 2.5 years
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Ability to handle multiple task with competing priorities. This person must be well organized and handle demands at an executive level. Attention to detail and strong follow through will be key to the success of this role. Expertise in Excel is a must for this role. Applicants will not be considered if they do not have expertise in Power Point. Applicant must have excellent Verbal & written communications skills. Knowledge of Google Workspace skills (GMail, Contacts, Calendar, Docs, Drive, etc. ) & Microsoft Office Suite skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Pivot Table, VLookup Skills.
Financial and budget background is plus but no required. Prior Telecom experience is plus but not required.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordination tasks
• Project tracking and Follow ups
• Risk analysis
• Coordinate action registry for ongoing issue to the team
• Vendor issue resolution
