• Started as IM only practice, have added 2 FMs, adult-only practice
• Willing to take full time or part-time physician
• Part-time would be 3 days per week
• Office-based practice, outpatient-only
• See patients per day

• Typical day: patients scheduled from 8 11:30 a.m. or 1 4 in afternoon
• 1:7 call on holidays and weekends
