Consilio/LOD ELS Talent Solutions is seeking is Senior Staff Attorney, Litigation (E-discovery focus) to work for our client, a large global law firm.
Mostly Remote, but must live within 50 miles of chosen office in either DC, NY, Boston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles.
Salary range $150K-$175K/year plus benefits and bonus eligible

Palo Alto, San Francisco or Los Angeles offices, you must be barred in CA
New York office you must be barred in NY
At least 5 years of eDiscovery experience in AMLAW 100/200 firm working on large litigation, regulatory, or investigation matters at all phases of the EDRM.
This role works closely with firm’s eDiscovery, AI, and Info Governance group supporting litigation, investigatory, and regulatory matters in the discovery phase.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal practice teams to ensure that case-specific eDiscovery processes are implemented and milestones are met;
- Facilitate communication between the Staff Attorney department and the associates and partners responsible for the case;
- Work with the firm’s litigation support group and eDiscovery vendors to support document preservation, collection, and processing efforts;
- Assist in preparation of privilege logs and other similar tasks attendant to document review and production projects; and
- Perform other duties as assigned. This is a client facing role
Qualifications
- At least five years of eDiscovery experience in AMLAW 100 or 200
- Current good standing in the DC, NY, MA, or CA Bar.
- Litigation experience, including responsibilities associated with discovery.
- Strong working knowledge of discovery document review projects and typical work-flows.
- Experience with, and understanding of, data warehousing infrastructures, particularly schema-on-read infrastructures such as Apache Hive, Apache Spark, Snowflake, Amazon Athena, or Google BigQuery.
- Entry-level programming and data manipulation skills using SQL is required. Experience with Python is desired.
