Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Estimator at Sun Valley Contractors, LLC. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for performing takeoffs, soliciting subcontractor/vendor proposals, compiling bid summaries for review, and ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications. The role is primarily located in Elizabeth, CO, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Basic estimating and Cost Control skills
- Experience soliciting and reviewing vendor scopes
- Proficiency in electrical takeoffs for commercial and industrial projects
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Working knowledge of estimating programs (Accubid, McCormicks,etc.)
