A Vault and AmLaw 100-ranked national law firm with over 1,100 attorneys across 20+ U.S. cities is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Finance & Restructuring practice group, specifically within the Fund Finance team in San Diego. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 4-6 years of transactional experience to work with a high-caliber practice in fund finance.
About the Role:
The Fund Finance team provides comprehensive support across a wide variety of fund finance structures, handling both secured and unsecured lines of credit, capital call and subscription-based loans, management company and GP loans, bilateral and syndicated transactions, and financing for both real estate and non-real estate funds. This team collaborates seamlessly with the firm’s other key practices, including Fund Formation, Tax, ERISA, and Financial Regulatory groups.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4-6 years of transactional legal experience at a law firm
- Familiarity with finance law is a plus
- Experience with various fund finance structures, loan parties, and both domestic and foreign transactions
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
