We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for one of our midtown properties.
Requirements:
- Experience with high volume apartment turns
- Experience with high volume work orders
- Well versed with mechanicals. Boilers, Pumps, BMS, basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic appliance troubleshooting.
- COF Requirements - P99, S12 S13,
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Expected to work weekends as needed
- Non-Union Position.
