Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a Manufacturing client in the Lancaster/Lititz area. This company manufactures a variety of materials used heavily in the Aerospace, Automotive, and other Manufacturing industries.
This is a Technical Project Management role and will be focused in supporting Product Managers and Engineers in efforts to develop new product offerings across all divisions. Other time will be spent meeting with C Suite and other business leaders for general project management to track progress, prioritize tasks, etc.
Principal Accountabilities: (The job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities.)
- Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Have a rigorous approach to problem solving and analytics, as well as produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
- Providing support and facilitation for end-to-end product introduction process by serving as point of integration to coordinate communications, manage workflow between teams and provide consistent reporting.
- Establishing and supporting a consistent methodology for resource management across key initiatives impacting the business.
- Driving best practice standardization and adoption for project management across the portfolio.
- Engaging in all aspects of project management, including project planning, leadership and management of internal and external resources, management of project execution, risk management, prioritization, schedule and cost control, communication, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
- Serving as a point of escalation for team member’s issues requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve and ensure timely resolution of issues by focusing on root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans.
- Managing active projects with an entrepreneurial spirit. Take initiative to escalate issues to the Divisional Steering Group (DSG), plan and propose mitigation plans as appropriate to prevent schedule slip and/or scope creep.
Required Experience:
- Mechanical Engineering/Product background – this will be a role that is doing both project management and product design
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Generalist project management background – comfortable covering a variety of domains
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Attention to Detail

Compensation:
$110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year annual base salary.
