Job Description
Obtain merchandise and answer questions for customers concerning the location, price, and use of merchandise. Accept payment from customers utilizing a computerized cash register and maintain an accurate bank. Set up merchandise displays to promote sales.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Maintain the gift shop inventory and cash receipts.
- Stock merchandise properly including rotating merchandise to prevent expired products.
- Assist in completing quarterly physical inventory.
- Knowledge and sales of Lottery tickets.
- Knowledge and ability to sell show tickets in Tickemaster including working in the Box Office on show nights.
- Maintain cleanliness of gift shop and boutique.
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
- Must be able to work a flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
