Our client, a Biopharmaceutical company, has an opening for an AEP Architect with proven expertise in implementing Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and data management strategies using AEP.
This position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

The AEP Architect is a key cross-functional member of the CDP Activation team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight and optimization of our client's CDP activation projects reporting to the Associate Director, Consumer Data Products.
- Solid understanding of customer data strategies, data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time customer profiles.
- Strong experience in integrating AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and third-party systems.
Primary responsibilities of this role:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer experience goals.
- Define data architecture and models that support data ingestion, transformation, and activation in AEP, including Experience Data Model (XDM) best practices.
- Oversee the integration of AEP with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (CJA, AJO, Analytics, etc.) and third-party systems (CRM, ERP).
- Configure key platform features, such as Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Journey Orchestration, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Architect and manage customer data strategies, including data ingestion, profile management, and data governance across all AEP components.
- Oversee data quality, schema validation, and cross-channel data synchronization to deliver accurate, personalized customer experiences.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and platform enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists and status reports. Possess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress, identify risks and ways to mitigate issues.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
- Proven expertise in implementing Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and data management strategies using AEP.
- Solid understanding of customer data strategies, data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time customer profiles.
- Strong experience in integrating AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and third-party systems.
- Experience in developing and managing XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
