Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisitions Manager to join the People & Culture team in a full-time, onsite (hybrid options available). This position offers the unique opportunity to manage a diverse set of recruiting needs across multiple levels—from entry-level to C-suite executives. This is a high-impact role for someone with 5+ years of recruiting experience who is adaptable, persistent, and thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for 20+ positions, ranging from entry-level to VP/C-suite roles.
Sourcing & Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent. Conduct prescreening calls and initial interviews.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each position and provide guidance on best practices to identify the right candidates.
Negotiations & Offers: Lead candidate negotiations, including salary and benefits discussions, and manage the offer stage through to onboarding.
ATS Management: Enter and track candidate data in ADP’s ATS (knowledge of ADP is a plus, but not required). Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
Volume Management: Efficiently juggle 20+ roles, balancing priority and urgency across multiple departments.
Other Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruiting, with experience across a wide range of positions, including C-suite and VP-level hires.
ATS Knowledge: Familiarity with ADP (or similar systems).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level candidates to executive leadership.
Adaptability: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work on multiple roles simultaneously.
