We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee ground-up construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or changes as they arise.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Foster a positive team environment and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification is a plus.
