Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant at CORLEYS ALBUQUERQUE LINCOLN VOLVO in Albuquerque, NM. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and conducting research.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
