- Salary:$300K-$350K+ annual base increases

- CME:5 days + $2,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILSPsychiatry (PSY)
- Schedule: M-F (40-hour week): 50% Administrative/50% Clinical
- No call/no weekends
- Patient load: 3-9 patients per day (includes 1 new eval. daily)
- Patient times: 60-minute new evals, 30-minute follow-ups. (Timing may be adjusted at the discretion of the provider.)
- Oversee: staffing, med services, psych services. Direct reports to provider: 5 LPN, 1 Nurse Supervisor, 2 psychiatrists.
- Provider is primary based at our Lancaster, PA office. Commute to our 3 other office locations is at the discretion of the provider. (Company car is available for use.)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSPsychiatry (PSY)
- BC or Truly BE in Adult or C&A
- Medical Director experience preferred
