Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes, including market research, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment.
- Deal Execution: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment transactions, coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, providing strategic support to enhance value and achieve investment objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and developments to identify new investment opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit or a at an IPP
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
