MANAGER, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Responsible for managing financial reporting & analysis, budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis team management, and treasury services. This role will have a seat on our internal leadership team.
Managing data integrity on an ongoing basis is required with the highest level of accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial metrics, a background in accounting, and experience managing and collaborating with internal teams.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyze financial reports and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Exhibits a high level of business acumen understanding business implications of decisions
- Drive to meet deadlines, particularly with regard to regular reporting and document submission.
- Assist in the development of annual operational budgets & monitor performance against budget targets.
- Update financial forecasts to reflect market trends, business conditions and/or other internal factors.
- Understand the cash flow of the business & create reporting that accurately forecasts cash positions.
- Aid in month-end accounting closing processes, including reviewing journal entries & ensuring financial data is captured correctly.
- Manage and support customer-level strategies, financial analysis & data integrity. Supporting our account management function.
- Prepare & publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Active participation in the leadership team (LT). Which includes but is not limited to: Defining content & effectively communicating; Own share-out of the Finance/Operations team’s annual goal status; Serve as liaison between the Finance/Operations team & LT
ABOUT YOU: EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree from college or university preferably in accounting or business
- 5-9 years of relevant experience
- High level of financial acumen & desire to seek continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data

- Strong collaboration, leadership and team management skills
- NetSuite and/or NSAW experience is a plus
- Entire Microsoft Suite; Excel a priority
