We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a premier Long Term Care Facility in North Dakota. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and mental health, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Compliance: Ensure that all nursing practices comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Education: Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff to ensure a supportive and efficient care environment.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- BLS/CPR certification is required.
