Skills & Qualifications:
1. Good understanding of the full-end-to-end order management lifecycle for direct, indirect, and eCommerce channels.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
3. Ability to distinguish requests from underlying needs, deconstruct high-level information into functional details, and translate low-level information into function design documents.
4. Experienced in capturing use cases and acceptance criteria, developing UI/UX, flowcharts or other artifacts to facilitate requirement elaborations as needed.
5. Functional expertise in IBM Websphere Commerce in highly preferred
6. Solid understanding of Quote to Cash procedures, such as Configure Price Quote, Order Management processes, and revenue recognition.
7. Must be a results-oriented self-starter with a desire to learn continuously.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Expert process mapping, analytical, problem-solving, and high level of attention to detail.
10. Experience as a Business Analyst in a high-tech company is highly preferred.
