We are seeking a Client Relations Supervisor to serve as the key liaison between our client and Forrest Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a customer service mindset, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and proficiency in technology and has led a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Will lead a team of 2 associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain client relationships, resolving issues and enhancing services.
- Monitor project progress and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
- Oversee meeting spaces, workspaces, kitchen areas, and backup reception services.
- Produce weekly reports and participate in leadership discussions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Leading a team.
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or event planning preferred.
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, AV equipment).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client-focused mentality.
