Naviron is pleased to partner with a growing M&A firm that acquires and builds SaaS companies. They're growing and looking for a Sr. Marketing Programs Manager to own the strategy, management, and performance of marketing programs for their portfolio companies.
**This is a hybrid position, candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.**
How you'll contribute:
- Managing primarily to new name and account growth bookings targets, create marketing mix consisting of lead generation, pipeline acceleration, cross-sell/upsell, loyalty and retention, and nurturing campaigns.
- Design a comprehensive program marketing strategy that activates targeted segments, positioning, messaging/themes, touchpoint opportunities within the lifecycle, and forecasts return on marketing investment.
- Track and measure all marketing investments and analyze campaign results, identify gaps, and optimize marketing efforts to meet strategic objectives.
- Assist with hiring and development of team members.
- Execute customer loyalty, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and win-back programs.
- Work with the systems enablement, product marketing, and outside agencies in support of marketing execution.
- Build and execute marketing programs that support industry events and conferences.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reporting.
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant B2B SaaS experience in marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience managing a small team.
- Marketing automation experience (Hubspot, SF Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Eloqua preferred)
- Deep understanding of marketing campaign methodologies and principles. (Familiarity with Sirius Decisions or Pragmatic Marketing methodologies is preferred.)
- Excellent creative copy skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for the web, social or ads.
- Familiarity with conversion analytics, tracking methodologies, and a passion for data-driven reporting.
- Proficient in managing and reporting marketing findings from systems like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEMrush etc.
- Ability to be flexible and successful within a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
Compensation:
- $80-100K base salary (DOE) + bonus
