The Community Liaison will develop referral relationships with referral sources, clients and their families, as well as community organizations. The Director will promote the Griswold Home Care brand and reinforce our mission to provide compassionate care to seniors and their families.
The Community Liaison will:
- Be familiar with the needs of older adults and their families and offer solutions
- Support and build the brand of Griswold Home Care
- Develop strategies to build referral relationships in the community
- Participate in community educational activities
- Represent Griswold Home Care at networking activities
- Meet with prospective clients to introduce our services
- Coordinate and respond to digital lead referrals
- Develop and execute social media campaigns
- Work with corporate marketing department to develop print material as needed
- Committed to building revenue growth
- Communicate with agency stakeholders on issues that impact quality of care and establishing growth
This position reports to the Agency Director. This position may involve times outside the normal work week to participate in marketing activities and be available for prospective client meetings.
This position does require travel within the agency territory.
The ideal candidate will have proven track record of marketing within the senior industry.
