Job Description: Executive Assistant to the Partner
Salary: $80,000- $100K
Location: On-site with parking included.
Overview:
We are a small business management firm seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Partner and Business Manager. The ideal candidate will serve as the gatekeeper of the office. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, some financial knowledge, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services, finance, banking, CPA, legal and/or Business Management.
Responsibilities:
Calendar management and following up with clients on time sensitive documents.
Office supplies management and ordering.
Preparation and review of financial reports.
Bookkeeping oversight and ensuring accuracy before documents are sent out.
Come to the manager with questions and strive for continuous development.
Understanding different business structures (LLC, S Corp, C Corp).
Fill out W4 forms, process bills, and understanding of IRS requirements.
Assist in preparing for a financial podcast featuring the Executive Manager.
Perform personal assistant tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to detail.
Financial savvy, ACH familiarity is a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
Knowledge of different business structures.
Previous experience in a small business, real estate, or banking sector is desirable.
Flexibility to adapt to a wide range of tasks from high-level to basic office duties.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a mentality to own the role.
