We are looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst / D365 Developer with both technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and a deep understanding of supply chain management. This role requires a balance of analytical skills and development experience to enhance our D365 solutions and support our operational goals.
***Onsite position in the Chino, CA area.***
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to supply chain management and D365 F&O functionalities.
- System Configuration and Development: Configure and customize D365 F&O applications, write and test code, and implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Integration and Enhancement: Design and develop integrations between D365 F&O and other systems, ensuring data flow and process alignment.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize supply chain processes and system performance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute test cases, conduct system testing, and resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation phases.
- User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and enhancing their understanding of D365 F&O features.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and technical design documents.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in D365 F&O and supply chain management, proposing enhancements to improve business processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or D365 Developer.
- Proficiency in D365 F&O configurations, customizations, and development (X++/C#).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Experience with data integration tools and APIs
