- Work in a medical-surgical facility with an emphasis on rehabilitation therapy.
- Required to float between acute rehab and transitional care units as needed.
- Provide therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Follow treatment plans and implement therapy interventions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using EPIC electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Flexible with floating to support various units and patient needs.
- Exhibit professional behavior and adhere to the facility’s dress code with any scrub color.
