Position Title: Service Operations Coordinator
Location: 100% onsite in Minneapolis
Pay: $45k
Key Responsibilities:
This position is like a Project Coordinator role at a heightened level, managing multiple clients and service requests concurrently. Think of each service request as a mini-project, with tasks spanning multiple locations and requiring end-to-end management from initiation to resolution.
Job duties:
- Receive and acknowledge service requests from various clients.
- Create and track requests in the Onsite ticket system, ensuring they're scheduled according to client needs and service-level agreements.
- Publish tickets in relevant systems, providing necessary documentation from clients and/or Onsite support teams.
- Assign appropriate technicians to handle Service Desk tickets.
- Arrange for materials approved by clients and coordinate delivery to meet client requirements.
- Provide strong, consistent communication and problem-solving support throughout each service event to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact, managing expectations and addressing issues as they arise.
- Verify completion of service tickets in line with customer agreements and Onsite standards.
- Finalize vendor contracts, post invoices, and prepare tickets for billing by reviewing all costs and applying relevant pricing based on client contracts.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of clerical experience preferred; recent graduates with strong aptitudes are also welcome.
- Billing or accounts payable experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving ability and self-direction in task completion.
- Intermediate proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Critical thinking, planning, conflict management, budgeting, teamwork, and adaptability are essential.
