Job Description: Three Stone is seeking a DRIVEN AND AMBITIOUS LEADER to spearhead our window an door division. They will contribute to our sales efforts, but also lead and shape our windows and doors division. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, refining sales process, growing and hiring new sales reps, training sales reps, tracking / improving KPI'S, and establishing our presence in the windows and doors market. You will be responsible for leveraging our existing book of clients and warm leads to generate sales and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize our existing book of warm leads and client relationships to drive sales of windows and doors.
- Cultivate new leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with our existing team of 20+ sales representatives to ensure alignment and synergy across all sales efforts.
- Provide leadership and direction for the windows and doors division, guiding its growth and success within the company.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the windows and doors industry.
- Strong understanding of construction and building materials, with expertise in windows and doors preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Goal-oriented mindset with passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
