DEX has been a leading global provider of supply chain solutions since 1980. DEX manufactures, distributes, and repairs electronic parts and assemblies for its customers. DEX has deep capabilities in servicing clients during manufacturing shortages, when components are unavailable in the global marketplace, and even when small quantities are available. While we specialize in hard-to-find parts, we source, manufacture, and repair an extensive range of parts across multiple verticals.
About the Role
The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, passionate, creative, resourceful, and a good communicator. This is a full-time exempt position, Monday thru Friday (7am-4pm). This is an onsite position from our Camarillo, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, Camarillo Division and Camarillo Division Management Team
- Facilitate communication between executives and staff members
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing key metrics, project statuses, and other relevant data.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
- Track progress on ongoing projects and report updates to executives
- Manage information flows in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant personnel
- File correspondence and other records to be saved and on record using our CRM, DSS
- Provide backup to the receptionist for daily breaks and lunch
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary resources are available
- Protect confidentiality of DEX and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Data exchange reserves the right to change or revise job duties as the need arises
- Will adhere to DEX’s quality system policies, applicable standards, and quality manual as dictated
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Required Skills
- Positive attitude with a drive to succeed!
- Independent work ethic and self-starter mentality.
- Tremendous business presentation skills.
- Ability to interface with different members of DEX, up to the executive level
- 3 years or more of administrative experience
- Above average experience with excel
