Role: Plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal
Location: Portland, Oregon
Pay: $70,000-$90,000
Parking: Parking is paid for and in the building
LHH is looking for a mid-senior level plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal, with experience with motor vehicle accident pre-litigation and litigation
Must Haves:
- OR only cases so OR experience is needed
- Pre lit- medical records, medical chronologies, demand letter writing, dealing with liens and medical bills, filings
- 5+ years of personal injury experience
- OK being in the office 5 days per week
Billable: Zero billable hours/they are 100% contingency based

- 401K (they can do Roth or traditional)- they match 100% up to 3% and 4-5%, they match 50% so if someone puts in 5%, the firm gives 4%

- PTO: to start--- 2 weeks accrued + 5 days sick time, goes up from there over time but they are flexible if someone has to have 3 weeks accrued to start if they are an A+ paralegal

Interview Process: 1. Firm Admin (zoom or in person) 2. Owner + 1-2 current Paralegals (in person)
