Job Title: Litigation Secretary in West Los Angeles
Job Description: Established law firm in West Los Angeles seeks an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their team. The ideal Litigation Secretary possesses 5-7+ years of experience efiling in state and federal level, generating Table of Contents and Table of Authorities (TOCs/TOAs), and calendaring court deadlines.
Litigation Secretary Job Duties:
- Provide direct support for 3-4 Associates
- Electronically file via State and Federal court
- Assist with trial preparation including preparing documents (pleadings, motions, correspondence, exhibit lists, witness lists
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Calendar internal and court deadlines
- Gather necessary documents from clients and third parties
Litigation Secretary Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of litigation secretary experience
- Experience with Compulaw, Juralaw strongly preferred
