Duration: 6 Months contract (with possible extension)
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator/Manager will support the client by coordinating and executing print and digital projects. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Coordination:
o Learn and apply Client project management processes and workflows.
o Assist in developing project schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timelines are met.
· Communication:
o Collaborate effectively with team members and clients, including AbelsonTaylor, TBWA\WORLDHEALTH, FCBCURE, and other partners.
o Conduct regular updates and status meetings to keep all stakeholders informed.
· Documentation:
o Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking materials to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
· Experience: No prior experience in an ad agency or pharmaceutical industry needed; recent graduates welcome.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Attributes: Eager to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
· This role requires three days onsite each week, fostering a hands-on learning experience.
