Join Apex Systems as a Technical Product Manager for a Leading Telecom Client in Greenwood Village, CO!
Onsite Requirement: 4 days per week in Greenwood Village, CO
Are you passionate about WiFi technology and looking to make a significant impact? Apex Systems is seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to support our client’s WiFi Improvement Initiative to improve the quality of products in production, their connectivity, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the liaison between WiFi Product and Engineering teams
- Work with WiFi Engineering to relay production issues/investigations and prioritize which ones get fixed on a quarterly basis
- Ability to understand, categorize, and monitor issues and identify what feature is failing and perform a deeper analysis and what could be causing it.
- Work through issue resolution, prioritization, criticality, and impact of this issue
- Step into the customer shoes to understand the journey flow of a particular product.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify and resolve product issues.
- Track deployment timelines and share status updates with cross functional teams
- Launch and oversee investigations to improve product performance.
- Prepare and deliver high-level executive presentations and briefs.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings to drive project success.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for various products.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Operational background within WiFi products - from when a product is launched to the end of the lifecycle of a product
- At least 2 years of recent experience working with WiFi products
- Deep understanding of how WiFi works
- Understanding of WiFi standards and protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
