We offer a hybrid remote work environment with offices in Los Angeles (CA), San Francisco (CA), Costa Mesa (CA), and San Diego (CA).
Responsibilities:
- Lead trials and handle cases involving Automotive Litigation, Personal Injury, Catastrophic Injuries, General Liability, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.
- Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
- Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, offering detailed liability and damage analyses.
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings, such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
- Lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
- Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury
- Trial experience
- Strong legal skills
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing
- Experience leading a team of associates and paralegals preferred
- Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations
- Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 + lucrative bonus structure with weekly, monthly, and quarterly components, providing ample opportunity to increase your earning potential based on individual and company performance.
