Position Overview
Join our award-winning team to analyze, mine, and extract insights from a robust and complex data set. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data mining, analysis, and crafting compelling visualizations to communicate findings that drive business decisions. This role involves synthesizing data from various sources—web analytics, optimization platforms, demographic data, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), attribution models, and business intelligence tools—to influence and support marketing strategies.
This high-visibility role is suited to someone with at least 5 years of experience in marketing or operational analytics, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
- Leverage and continuously develop expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) to guide website improvements and performance tracking.
- Enhance audience segmentation through demographic analysis tools.
- Maintain and refine attribution models.
- Create and improve dashboards using Qlik Sense, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Run ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to inform marketing decisions.
- Identify and translate meaning from trends, outliers, and anomalies.
- Contribute to building and enhancing marketing forecast models.
- Perform media analysis across multiple channels.
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, providing insightful explanations.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or operational analytics
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Mastery of MS Excel
- Strong experience in web analytics
- Experience with CDPs is a plus
- Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in statistical analysis
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
