The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement Safety Management Systems with a wide variety of clients
- Advise and coach clients to continually improve their Safety Management Systems; perform audits, gap analyses, inspections, mentoring etc.
- Develop and improve written technical documents
- Perform safety consultations with new/prospective clients
- Provide software solutions demonstrations and training for clients as it relates to the continuous improvement of their safety management
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Some Travel will be required.
- Responsibilities include recognition, evaluation, and recommendations for minimizing employee injuries/illnesses through hazard identification, accident investigation, audits, and review of accident history.
- Conduct focused work site and crew observations to identify safety excellence and hazards.
- Focus on supporting safe operations, protecting employees, and delivering real-world solutions to the challenges faced by clients across diverse industries and environments.
Required Education
- OSHA 510, 511, 500, 501
- Mobile Equipment Trainer (Forklift, Aerial Lift, etc.)
Desired Education
- BS in Occupational Safety & Health
- HAZWOPER Trainer
- Certified Safety Professional
