Senior Digital Project Manager – this is a local San Diego position
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with heavy experience working with teams to develop digital strategy, traditional websites, e-commerce, and system designs. This role will work with both agencies and direct-to-consumer clients. You are a master cat herder, adept at managing designers, developers, and clients. You thrive on creating timelines, estimates and defining the resources for the project. You enjoy exceeding your clients' expectations and fostering a collaborative and positive environment with your clients and team.

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including strategy, websites, e-commerce, videos, systems, and products.
- Scope Management: Define project scope of work, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and manage daily tasks, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including designers, developers, and QA specialists.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located in the San Diego area and agree to our Hybrid work schedule, coming into the office several days per week
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency.
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).

Salary Description:
$70,000 - $110,000 is the salary range for this position. There is flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications. This represents only a portion of the overall package.
