Our client is a growing company with a thriving team culture and beautiful office downtown Greenville, SC. They partner with developers nationwide to source and identify land options that meets specific qualifications for various projects in pipeline. Our client is looking for an Analyst to join their team and increase their capacity for completing more searches and delivering great results to their partners.
The ideal candidate is someone with a humble, team player attitude, high attention for precision and accuracy, project management and research skills, and a data oriented/analytical thinker. This is largely an individual contributor role focused on researching online and analyzing properties for potential projects.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Experience working with data and doing some analysis work
- Proficiency using common workplace software including Gmail, Google docs, Microsoft Suite
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and prior experience with a CRM is a plus
- Highly organized and attentive to every detail
- Possess a figure-it-out mentality
- Would enjoy working in the land/real estate space through the lens of mapping software.
