Our client, a national leader in healthcare, is looking to hire a
Receptionist for their local clinic. This company’s mission is to provide personalized patient care while supporting the growth and success of their employees.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$18/hr
Position Overview
The Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. The schedule is as follows: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities Of The Receptionist
- Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
- Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
- Make outbound phone calls to schedule upcoming appointments.
- Maintain office inventory levels.
- Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience.
Qualifications For The Receptionist
- Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must!
Education Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
