Job Description:
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and registered nurses to ensure efficient and effective surgical procedures.
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment before surgeries.
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
- Manage surgical specimens and ensure proper documentation.
- Participate in patient preparation including draping and positioning.
- Handle duties promptly, maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and communicate clearly.
- Take part in on-call rotations during weekends.
Note: Holiday coverage is not required. This position has a normal urgency level.
