Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage complex schedules, high-priority projects, and sensitive information. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, the ability to anticipate needs, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily workflows.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, and addressing or escalating inquiries as appropriate.
- Manage special projects, conduct research, and compile data to assist executives with decision-making processes.
- Oversee event planning and logistics for executive team meetings, off-sites, and other company events.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and sound judgment at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and resource allocation as directed by the executive team.
- Continuously improve administrative processes, recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level or senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to tasks.
