Must-Have:
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with Booster - No Exemptions
- PEDS experience required, minimum 2 years
- Required flu vaccine status unknown
Job Description:
- No weekend or holiday shifts expected
- Previous shift experience Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Compliance due Monday prior to the start
- Non-smoking facility with zero tolerance policy
- Must complete pre-start modules prior to orientation
- Potential floating between critical care positions (NICU/PICU/CICU)
- Modules are not billable, with a minimum of 20 hours required
- Must provide high-resolution, color photo upon acceptance of offer
- Must be available for orientation on specified dates
Return Staff Policy:
- Former employees must be absent for a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler
Photo Guidelines:
- Photo should be current (within 3 years), facing forward with a full face frame in front of a plain background.
- Properly cropped from the top of the head to the collarbone.
- No hats, sunglasses, or other people in the frame. Exceptions for religious head coverings allowed.
