Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- With the collaboration of the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, this position will design, execute and manage processes in the areas of Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Acquisition Strategy, and Diversity Sourcing.
- The position will work closely with TA analytics to perform in-depth data analytics, including quantitative, statistical, and comparative analysis, and translate data into strategies and actionable plans for continuous improvement.
- Utilizing a data-driven approach, analyze and assess the Talent Acquisition processes to identify, recommend, and execute process improvement projects.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables; document, communicate and resolve process-related needs and issues.
- Leverage data to showcase impact of existing processes and process improvements and stay current on TA strategy, developments and emerging trends and make recommendations to implement as opportunities present themselves.
- Responsible for recruitment development in new states.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Demonstrate understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools.
- Passionate about diversity, equality, and inclusion in recruiting.
- Successful track record of advising and coaching all hiring managers on recruitment.
- Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Strong command of metrics that relate to candidate life cycle, and the ability to use data to inform department leadership.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
