Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new hires, helping them complete necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, job details, and performance evaluations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (a plus)
