I'm partnered with a Transportation Engineering firm that is seeking a Roadway Project Manager with 5-15 years of experience for an immediate opening. This role focuses on detailed design work, client and contractor interaction, utility and public agency coordination, and field investigations to resolve design challenges. The candidate will lead individual projects or serve as a discipline lead on larger projects, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5-15 years (PE license required)
- Location: Northern or Southern IL, or St. Louis (remote or in-office)
- Education: BS in Civil Engineering (accredited)
- Software Proficiency: MicroStation Geopak and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Bonus: Project management experience is a plus
