Technical Skills:
Must Have
- 6-8 years of program/project management experience.
- Ability to build deep relationships and effectively partner cross-functionally and globally.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong task orientation and organization management skills with experience running complex, global programs or systems.
Nice To Have
- Experience working with Mobile products, with a preference for gaming.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- PMP Certification and/or other equivalent certifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage the overall product launch roadmap and associated tools, ensuring all contributors have visibility into major milestones, are unblocked to collaborate, and are held accountable to delivery timelines.
- Develop structures, rituals, and tools to manage collaboration with contributors across the organization, including investors, publishing partners, co-development teams, and other Products.
- Build connections with co-development partners, ensuring that Publishing teams are able to deliver on requirements for development of player features within the product.
- Facilitate strategy-defining workshops for marquee creative, bringing cross-functional working groups together to develop tentpole moments and working with production teams to ensure delivery.
- Partner closely with the Team, developing implementation strategies for new tools and requirements that originate from this group focused on best-practices for Mobile Publishing
- Create educational materials and programming for onboarding teams to Mobile audiences and requirements, as defined by the product strategy.
