New York based hedge fund ($1.6bn AUM) is looking for a TMT Equity Analyst to join their desks and support one of the partners. This represents an opportunity to join a growing fund focusing on event-driven strategies.
The firm are looking for exceptional junior talent aligned with the TMT space, ideally 1-3 years' experience with l/s buyside exposure. The ideal candidate will be looking to build and develop their skillset further within a collaborative environment.
As a L/S Equity Analyst, you MUST have:
- 1-3 years' experience in deep fundamental equity research
- Generalists are welcome to apply but must have had strong exposure to TMT
- Core Excel skills
- Strong ability to communicate and work within a flat structure
- A strong educational background with a degree from a top university
- Buy-side experience preferred but not essential
