Experience: Minimum of 2 years
License: License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), preferred; will accept an out-of-state license for start, but must apply for licensure and show proof of application prior to the start date
Certifications: Valid Driver’s License
Must-Have:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health
- Two years of supervised experience providing various behavioral health direct services
- Experience in a cross-cultural setting, preferably with Native American cultures
- Basic computer knowledge and standard office equipment usage skills
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in clinical assessment skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccinations
Job Description:
- Conduct consultations for individuals experiencing emotional, mental, or behavioral disturbances upon request from a medical professional in acute care clinics.
- Provide brief evaluations to reduce symptom impacts and/or coordinate referrals to appropriate service providers within three contacts.
- Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
- Complete and submit credentialing files no later than a specific date prior to the start date to avoid rescheduling.
- Maintain an organized and timely workflow to meet patients' needs effectively.
