Rivet has multiple opportunities on our growing Marine Corps Systems Command professional support services team spanning program and acquisition management, logistics, finance, contracts, engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
Duties:
Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Mid-Level Program Analyst has primary responsibility for supporting the program analysis needs of a Marine Corps Systems Command program office. While leading a Junior Program Analyst, the team's daily activities may include running reports, validating data, coordinating data error corrections with data owners, answering data calls, and updating data and trackers in various information systems.
In this position, the Mid-level Program Analyst fulfills a few roles:
- As the Task Lead, be the primary point of contact for the supported customer Task Lead and related customer stakeholders. Be customer-service oriented, proactive, responsive, and effective in handling all customer communications and issues.
- Lead the contractor support team including a Junior Program Analyst. Provide vision, strategy, direction, oversight, and quality control of task-level performance. Empower every individual to succeed in achieving exceptional customer outcomes. Support the synchronization of contractor personnel at different levels of the organization.
- As a Rivet supervisor, empower your team to not only to be successful, but also to set the standard for professional excellence for our subcontractor partners and our competitors.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least four years of program analysis experience, preferably in a DoD program office, including experience with contract and financial data.
- Preference for at least one year experience in the direct supervision of professionals in program and acquisition management, including logistics, finance, contracts, and engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
- Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to initiate plans, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
Education or Certification:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Security:
- Requires the applicant to pass the security clearance requirement for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
