Commercial Roofing Estimator-
Location: Fresno, CA
Position Overview: The Estimator is responsible for estimating commercial roofing projects, bidding and providing detailed proposals for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial roofing projects
- Compile customer information and generate comprehensive and accurate proposals
- Provide technical assistance to customers and prospects
- Identify roofing problems/issues and develop solutions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of roofing products and services
- Maintain good communication and relationships with customers
- Keep up with competitive pricing and changing trends in the industry
- Perform on-site visits as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- 5+ years of experience with estimating
- Edge Estimating Software Highly Preferred
- Excellent knowledge of roofing materials, installation procedures, and building codes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
