Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive product engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum impact and ROI.
- Support content creation for digital and social media channels to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least some direct experience in the fragrance industry.
- Alumni of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) or similar fashion-focused institution is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends and marketing techniques within the fragrance industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools, with knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing analytics.
Compensation/Details:
- $65k - $75k
- Fully onsite M-F
