Specialty Appliances is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage, analyze, and execute company marketing activities, from social media to email marketing and content development. The Marketing Specialist will work with cross-functional team members to drive new customer acquisition, increase cross-sell, and reduce attrition.

We operate with a startup mentality and are targeting to double sales and triple EBITDA in the next three years through acquisitions and organic growth.
In this role, you will…
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email success. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics.
- Generate relevant and compelling content to be used across platforms (email, social, web articles, etc.) to drive consideration and intent by collaborating with cross-functional team members.
- Develop and gain approval for tradeshow strategy. Manage execution of tradeshows from beginning to end.
- Develop marketing materials for meetings, educational events, and advertising submissions.
- Over time, own marketing strategies for our Specialty lab businesses.
In this role, you’ll need to have…
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of significant/broad marketing experience, digital marketing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with dental, medical device, or medical technology industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe applications.
- Photography/videography experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
