Job Title: Shutdown Manager
Location: Clayton, North Carolina, United States
Duration: Long-term 6 months rolling
Required Knowledge:
- Coordinate with work package owners to create and maintain shutdown schedules and work plans that include all work permits and ICCs associated with the scope of work.
- Identify the sequence of equipment shutdown and the duration required for the equipment to be properly shutdown and isolated.
- Determine the resources required for each work package and resolve conflicts by sequencing the work packages around necessary utilities and personnel.
- Track progress of each work package against the baseline schedule for the work package and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-shutdown reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the shutdown plan, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future shutdowns.
- Continue to track the status of commissioning/validation activities that extend past shutdown window.
